Since Bismuth is the most naturally diamagnetic metal, it has the abilities to repel magnetic fields and resist being magnetized. The video above shows two plates of bismuth and a bismuth cube being manipulated by a neodymium magnet from above. Enjoy!
Using Bismuth's low melting point, this person melted down many shards of it quite easily. This led to the creation of crystals.
Bismuth Trioxide, a compound with one part Bismuth and three parts oxygen, is used in fireworks to create the "Dragon Egg" effect. This is on display here and in the following video! The top video is on a small scale, but the bottom video displays the dragon egg effect in an extreme way!
